Gratitude in the Workplace

Thanksgiving has a way of slowing us down—long enough
to notice what we might normally rush past.
In leadership, gratitude isn’t just a feeling.
It’s a practice.
A posture.
A way of seeing people the way God sees them.
Want to lead with gratitude this season?
• Pause long enough to really notice your people.
• Thank someone for something they think no one sees.
• Celebrate progress, not just perfection.
• Remember that every role—big or small—carries purpose.
• Speak life. Words cost nothing and change everything.
Leadership doesn’t need grand gestures to make an
impact.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply say, “I’m grateful for you.”
“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;
His love endures forever.” —Psalm 107:1
This Thanksgiving, may your heart rest, your team feel
seen, and your leadership be shaped by gratitude.
Small seeds. Big impact.
