About

With over 25 years of HR experience spanning public, private, and government sectors, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles—from generalist to specialist to director. My passion lies in helping people and organizations flourish, with a particular focus on leadership development and training. I hold both PHR and SPHR certifications and consider myself a lifelong learner—always curious, always evolving.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband, Tim, for 30 years, and we’ve raised three children (plus one son-in-law who’s learned to laugh at our family jokes). Florida is home, and the beach is my happy place—though any quiet spot in nature where I can admire God’s handiwork will do. I love Bible study, college football and basketball, cheering on the Orioles (yes, still!), and spending time with my family, who keep me grounded and laughing.

Why Mustard Seed HR

Mustard Seed HR was born out of obedience. Over the course of nearly a year, God revealed to me that many businesses—whether new, growing, or not yet ready to hire a full-time HR professional—still need guidance and expertise to support their people and stay compliant. During that same time, He also reminded me that He had equipped me with the skills, knowledge, and experience to step into that gap as a trusted consultant. Starting my own business was never my plan, but serving others and being faithful to His call is.

I believe that even small steps in HR—clear policies and practices, supportive training, healthier leadership—can produce lasting results. My prayer is that through Mustard Seed HR, I can help leaders sow wisely and reap well.

Core Values

Honor God - We seek to glorify God in our work, our decisions, and how we treat others—with humility, excellence, and integrity.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." - Colossians 3:23-24

Build Trust - We show up consistently, communicate clearly, and walk with our clients with care and discretion.

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.” - Luke 16:10

Uphold Dignity - We treat every person with respect, fairness, and empathy.

"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others." - Philippians 2:3-4

Do the Right Thing - We act with honesty, deliver on promises, and uphold what’s right—even when no one’s watching.

"If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them." - James 4:17
